Vacuum Sizing Production Line

Working principle: PE granules are heated to a molten state and extruded through an extruder and die to form a preliminary tubular shape. The extruded pipe enters a vacuum sizing tank, where the vacuum suction causes the outer wall of the pipe to adhere tightly to the sizing sleeve, ensuring precise control of its outer diameter and shape. Simultaneously, the pipe is rapidly cooled by water cooling during sizing to set its shape and maintain stable dimensions. A traction machine pulls the pipe at a constant speed to ensure continuous production and effectively control the pipe wall thickness and diameter. When the pipe reaches the set length, a cutting machine cuts it into the required standard length.

Spray Winding Production Line

The spray-wrapped insulation pipe production line mainly consists of three parts: shot blasting and rust removal, polyurethane spraying, and PE wrapping production line. The polyurethane spraying forms a rough surface on the insulation layer, allowing the molten polyethylene outer layer to be pressed into the tiny recesses on the surface of the insulation layer, increasing the bonding force between the insulation layer and the outer layer, ensuring that the three main materials of the pipe—steel pipe, polyurethane, and polyethylene—form a firm and close "three-in-one" structure. It is a new type of automated equipment for manufacturing insulated pipe materials, mainly used in heating, petroleum, chemical, and other fields.

3PE Pipeline Anti-corrosion Production Line

Three-layer polyethylene anticorrosion coating, also known as three-layer PE, is also called fused epoxy/extruded polyethylene structural anticorrosion coating. Its structure consists of three layers: the bottom layer is fused epoxy, the middle layer is usually an adhesive, and the surface layer is an extruded polyethylene anticorrosion layer. In the three-layer structure, the main function of the epoxy primer is to form a continuous coating that directly bonds with the steel pipe surface, exhibiting excellent adhesion. The middle layer is usually a copolymer adhesive, the main component of which is polyolefin; currently, vinyl copolymer adhesives are widely used. The polar functional groups of the copolymer adhesive can react with the epoxy groups of the epoxy primer to generate hydrogen bonds or chemical bonds, resulting in good bonding between the middle layer and the bottom layer; while the non-polar ethylene part has good affinity with the surface layer polyethylene. The three-layer polyethylene anticorrosion coating combines the excellent properties of epoxy coating and extruded polyethylene anticorrosion, combining the interfacial and chemical resistance properties of the epoxy coating with the mechanical protection properties of the extruded polyethylene anticorrosion layer, thereby significantly improving their respective performances.

Seamless Elbow Production Line

The extruder heats polyethylene granules to a molten state and uses a screw to push the raw material into the mold. Under continuous spiral thrust, the material passes through the mold and enters the elbow water jacket. The internal gas presses the material against the inner surface of the elbow water jacket. With the cooperation of the screw's spiral thrust and the external traction machine, the required specification elbow is pulled out. During the pulling process, the water jacket surface is water-cooled to allow for rapid shaping.

Internal Inflation Production Line

The extruder heats polyethylene pellets to a molten state and pushes the material into the mold via a screw. After the material exits the mold, the open end is sealed. Air is injected into the mold cavity to press the material against the inner surface of the water jacket. With the cooperation of the screw's helical thrust and an external traction machine, the desired specification pipe is pulled out. During the traction process, the water jacket surface is water-cooled to allow for rapid shaping.

One-Step Production Line

A one-step insulation pipe production line is a highly efficient production equipment, specialized in manufacturing insulated pipes. Its core feature is the integration of multiple production steps into a continuous production process, significantly improving efficiency and reducing production costs.
